Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoFo.AI's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

MoFo.AI provides AI consulting, custom application development, automation services, productivity assessments, and related advisory services. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are agreed upon in individual quotes or engagement agreements.

3. AI Productivity Assessment

The free AI Productivity Assessment is provided for informational purposes only. The report is generated using AI and is intended as a starting point for consultation — not as professional legal, financial, or technical advice. Results may vary based on your business circumstances.

4. Payment & Quotes

• All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date unless stated otherwise
• Payment terms are set out in your invoice (typically net 30 days)
• Late payments may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge
• Work begins upon receipt of a signed agreement or deposit, as agreed

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all custom deliverables created specifically for them. MoFo.AI retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or methodologies used in delivering services. We reserve the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

MoFo.AI's liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data loss.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Clients may cancel a project with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced at the agreed rate. Deposits are non-refundable unless MoFo.AI is unable to commence the agreed work.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
